1. Acceptance

By using VehiTag, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

VehiTag provides QR-based vehicle identification stickers. Each sticker is linked to a unique Sticker ID. Upon activation, the sticker enables anyone scanning the QR code to view vehicle information and contact the owner.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information. Misuse of the platform, including providing false vehicle details or making spam reports, is prohibited.

4. Sticker Ownership

Each QR sticker is for personal use and is non-transferable. One sticker corresponds to one vehicle. You may deactivate and re-register a sticker from your dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

VehiTag is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to incorrect vehicle reports, privacy concerns from displayed information, or sticker damage.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
