What is VehiTag?
VehiTag is a smart vehicle identification platform. We provide unique QR stickers for vehicles. When someone scans the QR, they can instantly contact the vehicle owner.
How does it work?
Buy a QR sticker, activate it on our website with your vehicle details, and paste it on your vehicle. Anyone can scan the QR to contact you instantly.
Is my phone number visible to everyone?
In the current version, your phone number is visible for direct contact. We are working on anonymous calling feature that will be available soon.
Do I need to install any app?
No! VehiTag works entirely through the web. Just scan the QR with your phone camera — no app needed.
What if I change my vehicle?
You can update your vehicle details anytime from your dashboard. The same QR sticker will work with the updated information.
Is the QR sticker waterproof?
Yes! Our QR stickers are made with premium waterproof material that withstands rain, sunlight, and dust.
Can I have multiple vehicles?
Each QR sticker is linked to one vehicle. You can purchase multiple stickers for multiple vehicles and manage them all from one account.
What information is shown when someone scans?
The scanner sees: vehicle number, owner name, vehicle type, brand, model, color, and action buttons to call, WhatsApp, or report.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted and stored on Google Cloud (Firebase). We follow industry-standard security practices.
How do I report a wrongly parked vehicle?
Scan the QR on the vehicle, and click the 'Report Vehicle' button. Choose the reason and submit. The owner will be notified.
